I design the tools people work in.
Twenty years of product design for operational and enterprise software — native iOS and Android apps used on a store floor under a countdown, and data platforms used to move commercial real estate across three continents. I work on the products where a design decision shows up in an error rate.
7NOW StoreApp
Wrong orders and missing items were the two leading reasons 7NOW customers called to cancel or ask for a refund — and both were created inside the store, before the driver pulled away. I redesigned the two moments where accuracy was breaking down: what happens when an item is out of stock, and what happens when the bag changes hands.
Econometric Advisor marketing site
The EA marketing site had drifted from what its audience actually came for. I ran a discovery workshop with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to reset the strategic vision against real user needs and business goals — then led the UX team from that vision into a redesign built to raise engagement.
One analytics platform for three global regions
Real-estate research teams in three regions each had their own tools and their own reading of the same numbers. I led the UX team end to end on a modernized, unified analytics platform — running it through a structured UX operating model so research, not seniority, settled the contested decisions.
Enterprise tools for brokers and researchers
Market IQ gave CBRE's brokers and researchers global access to real-estate investment data.
Finishline moved a transaction from listing to close in the cloud. Two audiences, two very different workflows — and one shared set of patterns underneath so a broker never had to learn the same interaction twice.
CoHo (ConnetedHome) Mobile App
A house full of smart devices means a different app for every one of them. CoHo replaces that with a conversation — one thread that reaches every connected device on Verizon's network — built as a prototype to prove out a new revenue opportunity inside Verizon's IoT portfolio.
SmartPark city parking app
Boston residents circle the block for a space; the city carries the traffic and the emissions that circling creates. SmartPark turns hunting into a directed trip — a proof of concept for Verizon's smart-city work on sustainability and public safety.
